As one of the founding team members of HGTV: Home & Garden Television, Traci Schubert Barrett enjoyed the exciting and amazing ride of taking an idea and turning it into a billion-dollar media empire, but after over two decades in the television industry, with family and plenty of life ahead, success was no longer the beacon it once was.

She has decades of experience in corporate America, has been part of a billion-dollar start-up, managed all-size teams, owns a seven-figure business, and is a working parent, juggling it all.

Married a handsome Irish immigrant who would become not only my life partner but my business partner!

Completed a 50-credit hour master’s program on nights and weekends in an effort to become a better leader after a major promotion at HGTV. Becoming a trained, professional counselor with classes in counseling theory, child development, mental health dysfunction, cognitive assessments, personality theory, career counseling, and a full year of on-site clinical practicum.

Gave birth to my first of two daughters, the greatest gifts of my life, and joining the 18+ million working moms in the US juggling it all!

completed a coaching certification in Emotional Intelligence 2.0. Certified to fully assess and coach using the MHS EQ2.0 assessment helping leaders to increase their ability to understand, use, and manage their emotions in a positive way in the workplace.
